Vintage Duchess Handle Hearth Sweep

This Hearth Sweep is made with hand dyed broom corn in deep berry layered over a dark purple almost black, on vintage black "Duchess" turned handle. She's tied with black woven reed cap stitched flat with black waxed linen. She measures roughly 3 feet from the tip of her handle to the bottom of her sweep.
